Request Custom Layouts

For a limited time, requests for free custom-made layouts will be opened. However, before you make a request, please read the requirements listed below:

1. One request per person. If your request was completed, please do not apply for another 6 months. All others, you are allowed to apply until either you are accepted or when requests are closed.
2. Must have a site. You must have your website already up and running. This is to ensure you will be using the layout I create.
3. Three images. You should provide me with at least three to use and under no circumstance will unofficial CG artworks/fan art be accepted. You must also supply me the URL of sites where your images are from.
4. Be specific. Should your layout not come out as you planned, I am not obligated to edit it or produce another one. So whatever you would like on your layout (i.e. type of layout, theme colors, etc.) you must specify or the end result may not be to your liking.
5. Be patient. I will not be able to create a layout the next day. It may take up to a week or even a month, but no more than that. Please do not e-mail me constantly asking if I am finished. You can rest assure that I will contact you as soon as it is complete.
6. Redistribution and reproduction are not allowed. All layouts requested are not to be redistributed or reproduced without my specific consent. They will, however, be on display in the layout sections of AD.
7. Leave watermarks and credits intact. Watermarks are implanted for credential purposes and credits for the sources used. You are not allowed to edit or remove them.

Please be aware that I reserve the right to cancel/reject your request for whatever reason without your consent. I will accept the maximum of two (unless stated otherwise) requests per month and it is a first come, first serve basis.
